The Flexible Fabric Sleep Posture Pressure Sensing Mat is a thin, flexible pressure-sensing solution developed for applications requiring real-time visualization and analysis of human pressure distribution.

Its 32 × 64 matrix provides 2,048 sensing points, allowing pressure changes and contact areas to be captured across the sensing surface. The system supports a 20Hz acquisition rate and a dynamic response of less than 3ms, making it suitable for applications where pressure changes need to be monitored in real time.

Flexible and Low-Profile Construction

The sensing mat uses a 5mm flexible fabric substrate that can be folded and rolled, helping manufacturers integrate the sensor into different bed configurations, furniture structures and other space-constrained applications.

Customizable Sensor Array

The sensor structure, fabric and manufacturing process can be customized according to the intended application. Sensor-node distribution and sensitivity can be adjusted for different bed sizes, posture-monitoring requirements and pressure-distribution applications.

The system supports exporting original pressure ADC data in CSV and TXT formats. Users can select frame numbers, timestamps, peak values and full matrix data for recording and analysis. Pressure heatmap snapshots can also be exported for reports and further evaluation.

Software & Integration Options

The standard package includes dedicated testing software for hardware verification, real-time pressure heatmap viewing and data export. For independent integration, the manufacturer provides a serial communication protocol document, while API and SDK packages are not included as standard. Custom terminal software and mobile applications can be developed as additional services.
